Repairs for Small Equipment (W&H Serviced Products)

The following products are serviced through W&H:

  • WK900LT (Synea High Speed Attachment)
  • OS30 (Oscillating Low Speed Attachment)
  • SF1LM (Sonic Handpiece)

How to Request a Repair:

  1. Complete the W&H Repair Form
  2. Include product details (model and serial number) and proof of purchase
  3. Ship your equipment to W&H for evaluation
  4. A repair estimate will be provided via email before service is completed

Important: Equipment must be packaged securely. Customers are responsible for shipping risks and costs associated with sending equipment for service.
 

Warranty Support for Endodontic Equipment

The following products are covered under manufacturer-specific warranty terms:

  • Endrive
  • FI-G
  • FI-P

Coverage Overview:

  • Endrive: 18-month warranty covering the device and its components
  • FI-G / FI-P: 1-year warranty covering the main unit, charging stand, power adapter, and lithium battery

What’s Covered:
Defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing under normal use conditions.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Improper use or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Damage from transport, handling, or storage
  • Missing or incomplete warranty documentation
  • Non-covered accessories

How to Start a Claim:
Contact Komet Customer Support with proof of purchase and product details to initiate a warranty claim.

  • Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified
  • Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use
  • Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims
  • Warranty terms are subject to the original manufacturer’s policies and may vary by product
  • Komet reserves the right to direct repairs through authorized service partners
